ONLINE UTILITY PAYMENT OPTION

The City of Washington Court House utility customers now have the option of paying their water & sewer bill(s) with a Master Card or VISA Credit/Debit cards using the link below. Additionally, customers may select to have their utility bills emailed to them as opposed to having them mailed to their address. Getting started is easy, just click on the Online Utility Billing & Payments link below. You will need your utility account number and current utility bill amount to get set up.  

The City’s on-line option will also allow customers to view their current utility bill, payment history, and usage history with a click of the mouse. We are pleased to provide this service to our customers.

IMPORTANT

If you have been disconnected or scheduled for disconnection due to nonpayment you will need to come to the office to get your service restored

ONLINE PAYMENT POLICIES

E-checks returned for non-sufficient funds are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.

For E-checks returned for reasons other than non-sufficient funds, all Authorize.Net fees related to the transaction will be applied to your utility account.

Any overpayment of a Utility Department account will be credited to the account.

Any payment deemed to be received in error will be refunded to the customer.

Your payment is being processed by Authorize.Net. Information is collected as necessary to complete the transaction and as required by the City of Washington Court House Utility Department.
